2026-08-23 — Mobile-first field updates across the suite

MarkSphere and MapSphere are now mobile-first for field crews: drawing markup and map controls stay reachable on phones in either orientation, and shape editing works with a thumb on a small screen. FieldSphere mobile gained resilient GPS route tracking that filters noisy fixes, plus jobsite issue capture and safety confirmations that sync safely per signed-in user.

2026-08-22 — FieldSphere daily reports reach the office

Crews can file daily reports from the jobsite — weather, crew counts, work performed, and photos — and the office sees them the same day, attached to the project. FormSphere responses now connect to FieldSphere too, so structured inspection results land next to the daily record instead of in a separate silo.

2026-08-17 — MapSphere exports, print, and review workflow

MapSphere maps now export to GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, CSV, and DXF, print to PDF and PNG with a proper title block, and generate photo reports for owners and partners. Under the hood, maps gained realtime collaboration with live presence, three-level map and layer permissions, and a Draft-to-Approved review workflow with correction notes and a full change record.

2026-08-16 — MarkSphere: flattened PDF downloads and live cursors

Downloading a marked-up drawing now flattens every annotation into the PDF itself, so what the crew drew is exactly what the recipient sees in any viewer. On the canvas, you can now watch teammates' cursors move in real time, and a reconnecting indicator makes it obvious when your connection drops mid-session.

2026-08-12 — AssetSphere Mobile launches

AssetSphere is now in your pocket: the new mobile app signs into your same Operion account and lets crews browse and search equipment, scan a QR label to check gear out or return it, see the gear assigned to them, and request equipment from teammates. Shared kiosk devices also gained an admin-set exit PIN so the kiosk stays locked to kiosk work.

2026-08-11 — AssetSphere: live equipment location map

Check-outs and check-ins now record where they happened, and a new staff-only equipment map shows the latest known location of every asset as a pin — with popups that link straight to the asset record. No more radioing around the yard to find the plate compactor.
