Operion Essentials — the full active suite
For $35 per user per month (or $350 per user per year), every Essentials seat includes AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, and MapSphere. Each seat contributes 5 GiB to the organization's retained storage pool and 25 GiB of monthly transfer. Minimum 3 paid seats per workspace.
Operion Professional and Premier tiers
Professional at $55 per user per month adds 25 GiB retained storage per seat and 75 GiB monthly transfer, with a 5-seat minimum. Premier at $99 per user per month provides 100 GiB retained storage per seat and 200 GiB monthly transfer — suited for firms with deep project records and compliance requirements, also with a 5-seat minimum.
Yearly and enterprise options
Yearly seats cost ten months' equivalent (two months free). Enterprise teams can request custom data allowances, volume seat pricing, onboarding support, and custom terms.

- What is OperionSphere?
- OperionSphere is another name for the Operion suite — the connected AEC operations platform that includes AssetSphere for equipment tracking, MarkSphere for drawing markup, ProjectSphere for project operations, MapSphere for collaborative field mapping, and FieldSphere for daily field reporting. One subscription covers the whole suite.
- How does per-seat pricing work?
- You pay for the seats your team uses. Each seat is priced monthly ($35 Essentials, $55 Professional, $99 Premier) or yearly ($350, $550, $990 — equivalent to ten months). Every paid seat opens AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, MapSphere, and FieldSphere. Add or remove seats at any time from Billing. Essentials requires a 3-seat minimum; Professional and Premier require a 5-seat minimum.
- Which Operion products does each tier include?
- Every paid tier includes AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, MapSphere, and FieldSphere. Professional and Premier also include FormSphere, with ResourceSphere included when released. Premier includes ClientSphere plus ComplySphere when released. One bill, one login, no add-ons.
- What do the storage and transfer allowances mean in practice?
- Each organization has a 10 GiB base pool. Every paid seat adds its tier's per-seat retained storage allowance on top — 5 GiB for Essentials, 25 GiB for Professional, 100 GiB for Premier. All seats in the organization share one combined pool. Monthly transfer is the data that moves in and out (uploads, downloads, exports) per seat each calendar month, and it resets monthly.
- What happens when the organization reaches its storage limit?
- Existing data remains fully readable. New retained uploads and saved exports pause until an administrator upgrades the plan or removes older files. There is no automatic overage billing and no automatic project deletion.
- How does yearly billing work?
- Yearly seats are priced at ten months, so two months are included at no extra cost. Essentials is $350, Professional is $550, and Premier is $990 per user per year.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Administrators manage seats and plans at any time from Manage billing in their account menu. Your assets, projects, drawings, and history stay in place when you upgrade or change tiers.
- What is the difference between Essentials and Professional?
- Essentials includes AssetSphere, MarkSphere, ProjectSphere, MapSphere, and FieldSphere. Professional includes those products plus FormSphere, more retained storage per seat (25 GiB versus 5 GiB), and more monthly transfer headroom (75 GiB versus 25 GiB). Professional also requires a 5-seat minimum versus 3 for Essentials.
- What happens when new Spheres launch?
- FieldSphere is available with every paid tier, FormSphere is available with Professional and Premier, and ClientSphere is available with Premier. ResourceSphere will be included with Professional and Premier when released, while ComplySphere will be included with Premier.
