MarkSphere for AEC
PDF Markup Software for AEC Teams
Review, mark up, and collaborate on project drawings in one connected workspace. MarkSphere brings AEC drawing review out of email threads and disconnected copies — and keeps the drawings connected to the OperionSphere projects they belong to.
AEC PDFs aren't ordinary office documents
They contain plans, details, annotations, dimensions, engineering information, and field conditions. MarkSphere treats them that way: upload PDF drawings and mark them up together in the browser, with every annotation attributed to its author.
No more disconnected conversations or version confusion
PDF copies, email attachments, and screenshots split review across inboxes. A shared workspace keeps comments, revisions, and reviewers in one place, so there is one current set instead of five conflicting copies.
Connected to the project
Link a drawing workspace to its ProjectSphere project so the plans stay beside the work they inform, and export the marked-up or clean PDF whenever a drawing has to leave the building.
AEC PDF markup questions
- Do we need CAD or a PDF license to review drawings?
- No. MarkSphere runs in the browser. Upload PDF drawings and mark them up directly on the sheet — no desktop CAD seat or separate PDF license required to review.
- Can several people mark up the same drawing at once?
- Yes. Teammates mark up the same sheet at the same time, and every annotation carries its author and timestamp, so review stays one attributed conversation.
- Can we export a clean copy?
- You can download the marked-up PDF with annotations flattened in, or the untouched original — per document or all at once — whenever the drawing has to leave the building.
